The A.D.D. Timer application. ADDTimer is a simple timer plus configuration class that retrieves and saves the timer configuration settings for each timer.

	Name	Description
	ADDTimer	A strongly-typed resource class, for looking up localized strings, etc.
	frmConfig	Main form for when the app is called without arguments.
	frmMain	The main form that is displayed when the timer is running.
	TimerSettingsReadException	The TimerSettingsReadException is thrown when there is a problem writing to the file.
	TimerSettingsWriteException	The TimerSettingsWriteException is thrown when there is a problem writing to the file.
